Website & registration terms
Version 1 · Effective September 11, 2026
This website is operated by KLOMPER EVENTS LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. These terms describe use of this website and online registration. Contact info@klomperrace.com for help.
Using the website
Use this site lawfully. Do not attempt to access staff accounts, interfere with registrations, submit false information, or disrupt the service. Our branding and website content belong to Klomper or their respective owners. Viewing information and using the site to prepare for or register for a race does not transfer ownership or authorize commercial reuse.
Registration and payment
Review the event, date, division, team size, and total price before paying. Prices are in US dollars. A saved form or an abandoned checkout is not a confirmed entry. Payment must be confirmed, or staff must explicitly confirm a complimentary entry. Keep your confirmation for support.
Provide accurate information and have permission to submit details about other people. Adults must complete registrations for minors and use a responsible adult’s email address. Each adult participant must sign their own paper waiver, and a parent or legal guardian must sign for a minor before participation. See paper waiver requirements and the race standards.
Refunds and transfers
Refunds are available until 7 days prior to the race. If the scheduled race is less than 7 days out, we allow transfers to another race.
Send requests to info@klomperrace.com with your event and registration details. Do not email card numbers. The policy above concerns participant requests. Contact us for information about an organizer cancellation, postponement, or weather disruption. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Training and health information
Training plans, movement demonstrations, and research summaries provide general education. They are not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no particular performance or health outcome is promised. Choose activities appropriate to your ability and circumstances. Seek qualified guidance when you need help deciding whether a training activity is suitable for you.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy describes the data needed to operate the site and events. Registration communications are separate from optional marketing subscriptions. Signing up for a race does not by itself authorize promotional text messages or calls. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails without cancelling your race entry.
Other services and updates
Payment and external links may take you to another provider’s website, where that provider’s terms and privacy policy apply. We may update site information and these terms. The version shown when you register is recorded with your registration; later changes do not retroactively replace that record. Event-specific arrangements and the signed paper waiver remain separate.
